TennesseeFTA’s Training Certificate “Will Not” give you the state requirements needed to hunt in Tennessee legally. The TAPBA is the only recognized agency for Tennessee. Technically speaking, Tennessee actually does not have a Bounty Hunting License. Tennessee has state laws 40-11-404 & 40-11-318, that requires all Hunters and Bail Bondsmen to attend an 8 hour continuing education class every 12 months, no matter what the curriculum contains in that particular class
Once you have attended a TAPBA Class “you will not be prepared for this job”, because the “TAPBA Curriculum” is not designed for the job of Bail Enforcement/Bounty Hunting. TennesseeFTA will enable “new and inexperienced hunters” to get answers to questions they need prior to or after attending the TAPBA class that was not bounty hunting oriented or did not supply ample and important knowledge needed to begin.
TennesseeFTA offers an educational and occupational preparation course, it is not a Licensing Agency. The TAPBA 8 hour class will supply you with your “pocket card” which will cost you about $240.
Our class will cover all the aspects and extended general knowledge needed before hitting the streets on a hunt. TennesseeFTA can guarantee with confidence, that after attending and studying our class, you’ll receive the necessary skills and educational tools to comfortably began working on your dream of being a “Bounty Hunter.”

“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties
than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to
control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation,
the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive
the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the
continent their fathers conquered.”
Thomas Jefferson, 1802

A government big enough to give you everything you want, is big enough to take away everything you have
In my many years I have come to a conclusion that one useless man is a shame, two is a law firm,
and three or more is a Congress. -- John Adams

Theodore Roosevelt on Immigrants and being an AMERICAN
" In the first place we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the man's becoming in very fact an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag, which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization, just as much as it excludes any foreign flag of a nation to which we are hostile... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."
Theodore Roosevelt 1919
These passages were culled from a letter he wrote to the president of the American Defense Society on January 3, 1919, three days before Roosevelt died.
"Americanization" was a favorite theme of Roosevelt's during his later years, when he railed repeatedly against "hyphenated Americans" and the prospect of a nation "brought to ruins" by a "tangle of squabbling nationalities."
He advocated the compulsory learning of English by every naturalized citizen. " Every immigrant who comes here should be required within five years to learn English or to leave the country," he said in a statement to the Kansas City Star in 1918. " English should be the only language taught or used in the public schools."
He also insisted, on more than one occasion, that America has no room for what he called "fifty-fifty allegiance." In a speech made in 1917 he said, " It is our boast that we admit the immigrant to full fellowship and equality with the native-born. In return we demand that he shall share our undivided allegiance to the one flag which floats over all of us."
