OUR RATES

HOURLY RATE AND EXPENSE CHARGES FOR INVESTIGATION AND SURVEILLANCE SERVICES

Our hourly rate is $85 per hour for one investigator.
Our hourly rate for each additional investigator is $75 per hour.
 
When you assign the file, you and our official decide an initial dollar authority so no one is surprised when the bill arrives. You then determine any additional authority based on your evaluation of the initial investigation, suggestions and recommendations of the investigator.
You are always in control of your assignment!

 Travel Time will be charged at $85 per hour, and mileage at .48 per mile, 
to and from points A & B. 

Surveillance Vehicle charge is a flat $85 daily rate. 

Special Ops are $225 per hour, consisting of two operatives with extensive
military “special ops” experience.
 
Pro-rated Travel will be calculated with multiple files in an area or along the travel route.

Expenses Motel, any car rental if we need to change vehicles. That’s it! No petty nickel and dime charges clogging up your invoice! Client authorization will be secured on any necessary and unmentioned expense.
 
Invoices will accompany the reports, so time and expense can be inventoried
with a report in hand.
If you have a problem paying our invoices within thirty days, we need to know in advance.

Credit terms for Corporations, Law Firms and Insurance companies:
All invoices are to be paid within thirty days from the invoice date.

A 5% late fee will be applied to all invoices not paid after 30 days.

A retainer is required from individual customers.
